The Founder
Dr. Jayde Andres
Dr. Andres earned her DVM from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995 and her BSc in Animal Science from UBC in 1988. She is a current member of the College of Veterinarians of BC, and of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP). She opened her equine practice in 2003 after working as an associate for the first 8 yrs of her career.
Dr. Andres was born and raised in BC, and was blessed with the opportunity to ride since she was a child. She still enjoys riding, participating mainly in hunter/jumper events and trail riding. When not working or doing “horsey activities” she enjoys spending free time with her two Border Collies (sheepherding, agility, hiking…).
